Banana Bread

Easy, moist and delicious banana bread. This recipe has a different twist with almond flour, yoghurt, and syrup.


Ingredients:

3 medium very ripe bananas

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

3/4 cups regular flour

3/4 cups almond flour

1/2 cup of olive oil (plain yoghurt is a great alternative)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 cup syrup (mix in)

1/4 - 1/2 cup almonds (can be substituted with walnuts or pecans) (mix in)


Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°, grease loaf pan.

Add sugar and oil to a bowl and mix well.

Once mixed, add the egg, and yoghurt. Put aside

In separate bowl, mix flour(s), baking soda, salt, cinnamon.

Add 1/2 of the flour mix to the liquid mix, combine well.

Add the rest of the flour mix and stir until clumps are gone.

Include syrup and nuts, stir well.

Bake for 40 minutes, check if it is done..................Enjoy
